Job summary

Universal Health Services in Aiken Regional Medical Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Wound Care unit on straight day shift 8am-4:30pm. The RN provides safe, competent care, supports the healthcare team, and leads in patient care following hospital standards.

Requirements include graduating from NLN-approved RN program, SC or compact license, BLS, wound care certification preferred; prior medical-surgical or wound care experience; UHS offers benefits and career development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Previous medical surgical, home health, or wound care experience preferred.
• Current South Carolina nursing license or compact state license.
• Current BLS Certification (or obtained during orientation).
• Wound Care Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in the Wound Care Center.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
