Job summary

Gadsden Regional Medical Center in Gadsden, AL is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Wound Care to join the Outpatient Wound Clinic. You will focus on adult wound care in a collaborative outpatient setting, with two HBO chambers and Luvo EMR.

Responsibilities include wound assessments, treatment planning, and supervising hyperbaric chamber dives when on site. Schedule is Mon-Thu 8:00-4:30, Fri until 12:00, with no call or inpatient duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as an APP
• Minimum 2 years of wound care experience
• Autonomous practice license preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform wound assessments and develop treatment plans
• Contribute to comprehensive diabetic/vascular wound care management
• Supervise hyperbaric chamber dives when on site
