Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ambulatory setting following nursing process.
• Perform initial assessments and coordinate follow-up with care team.
• Evaluate unstable or complex cases and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Apply clinical judgment and collaborate with peers or management as needed.
• Document patient teaching and responses in charts and records.
• Respond to patient treatment-related calls and guide care decisions.
