Job summary

Loyola Medicine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Division of Vascular Surgery for an outpatient-focused role across Loyola outpatient locations including Loyola University Medical Center, Burr Ridge, and Tinley Park.

You will provide evaluation and surveillance care for vascular patients, collaborate with vascular surgeons to develop treatment plans, and support access and care coordination across the region. Prior Illinois APN/PA licensure and BLS/ACLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license.
• Nurse Practitioner license (APN) in Illinois or Physician Assistant license in Illinois.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Outpatient vascular care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care for vascular patients, including new evaluations and surveillance visits.
• Collaborate with vascular surgeons to assess patients and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care and manage routine visits across the vascular surgery service.
• Practice across Loyola Medicine outpatient locations, including LUMC, Burr Ridge, and Tinley Park.
• Assist with clinical documentation, peer-to-peer reviews, and other care coordination activities.
