Job summary

Gulf Coast Vascular in Biloxi, MS is seeking an Interventional Radiologist or Vascular Surgeon with experience in GAE and PAD to join our outpatient center. You will perform vascular procedures and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery.
• Valid MS state medical license OR eligibility to acquire MS license.
• Proven experience in outpatient vascular procedures is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong patient relationships.
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing outpatient vascular surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques when appropriate.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitoring and managing postoperative patients, ensuring optimal recovery and outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families on vascular health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Participating in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives in the Center.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
