ArchWell Health is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice in Phoenix, AZ. This is a true outpatient role focused on adult/Medicare patients 60+. You will work with a dedicated care team and enjoy a predictable schedule.

Typically Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no extended hours or weekends, and minimal phone-only call shared across Phoenix physicians. Emphasis on quality care with support for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Comfortable caring for Adult and Medicare-aged patients
• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
• Arizona medical license active or ability to obtain full Arizona licensure

Responsibilities

• Outpatient only: no hospital or SNF responsibilities
• No extended hours or weekends; Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Average 12-14 patients per day upon ramp-up
• Supportive care team and efficient, cloud-based EHR
