Job summary

BJC Medical Group in Women's Health, Creve Coeur, MO, seeks a full-time Clinical Triage Nurse to provide ambulatory patient care, support care teams, and educate patients. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and efficient clinic operations, with no on-call, no weekends, and no holiday shifts.

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years of RN experience, BLS, and Nursing Diploma/Associates; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred, with 5–10 years experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Provides direct patient care to identified patients in ambulatory clinic.
• Oversees clinical staff and supports providers with patient management.
• Follows hospital protocols and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to develop care plans.
• Assess patient physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Document assessment and treatment plans per SOPs.
• Educate patients and families with verbal and written instructions.
• Maintain safe, compliant clinic operations and patient flow.
• Support providers in daily patient management and care coordination.
