Job summary

Wellvance Community Mental Health Authority is seeking an Outpatient Therapy Supervisor in Tawas City, MI. You will provide clinical and administrative leadership for the outpatient program serving individuals with serious mental illness and developmental disabilities.

The role oversees staff performance, service delivery, and access to care while maintaining a limited caseload, ensuring services are compliant and recovery-focused. Local travel may be required and a Master's degree is essential.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines, DSM criteria, and therapeutic practices.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate outpatient staff
  • Oversee assessments, service planning, and care coordination
  • Ensure timely access to services and continuity of care
  • Monitor service delivery, documentation, and compliance standards

Oversees staff performance, service delivery, and access to care while maintaining a limited caseload.
