Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a proactive Outpatient Therapy Program Manager for our Meadow Ridge facility in Redding, CT. You will lead the outpatient department, supervise therapists, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy, or PT/OT assistant option.
• Valid state licensure as PT/OT/SLP and/or PTA/COTA, or license eligible.
• 3–5 years of clinical rehabilitation experience.
• Supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and patient care protocols.
• Strong organizational skills for schedules and budgets.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring and performance appraisals.
• Develop corrective action plans when necessary and monitor credentials.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and ensure high-quality therapy services.
• Lead program development and growth initiatives with interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
• Investigate and resolve patient, staff or service-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safe practice standards.
