Job summary

Rivetus Rehabilitation in Bloomfield Hills, MI, seeks an Assistant Director of Outpatient Therapy to support the Director in clinical, operational, and administrative leadership of outpatient services. You will help ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, mentor therapists, and drive program growth at our Woodward Hills location.

The role requires a strong clinical background in Physical Therapy, two years of experience, and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
• Must meet educational, licensure, and state requirements for clinical practice in Physical Therapy (PTA).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred (three years).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of outpatient therapy services.
• Lead and mentor therapists and staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and program goals.
• Support development and growth of outpatient therapy programs.
