Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral-health field and licensure aligned with NC requirements.
• Current North Carolina license or provisional credential.
• Credentials such as LCMHC/LCMHC-A, LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA, LCAS/LCAS-A.
• Experience providing outpatient behavioral-health services.
• Strong documentation, assessment, and treatment-planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy based on client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.
• Document progress and maintain records per policy.
• Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and schools.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and quality-improvement activities.
