Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Therapy Aide / Therapy Tech for the Round Rock outpatient clinic in Texas. This full-time role offers 32-40 hours per week with shifts Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm.

Starting salary ranges from $18 to $24 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include assisting therapists with patient care, transporting patients, setting up therapy activities, and performing light clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapy staff under the direction of a therapist to aid patient rehabilitation.
• Transport patients to and from therapy and assist with transfers.
• Set up patients on therapeutic activities and assist with equipment and positioning.
• Lead light exercise groups and assist with front desk clerical tasks as needed.
