Job summary

Pathways Inc. in Morehead, KY is seeking an Outpatient Therapist - Trauma to provide individual and group counseling for survivors of rape, sexual abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking, and childhood abuse.

The successful candidate will hold an independent practice license or be under supervision, have at least three years in the helping professions, complete 40 hours of mandated training, and coordinate with community partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff and contribute to program operations.
• Maintain composure during crises and respond appropriately.

Salary:

• Associate Level License: $55,000 - $61,875
  (LPA, LPCA, CSW, AMFT, LDADC)
• Independent Level License: $65,000 - $73,125
  (LPP, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)

Educational Requirements:

• Must hold either an independent practice license or be under board-approved supervision for alcohol and drug counseling or mental health counseling.
• Must embody and practice qualities consistent with established standards in the field.
