Job summary

Aurora Behavioral Health System is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for outpatient services at our West Glendale location. The role involves direct clinical care, individual and group therapy, and careful attention to treatment planning and documentation.

Responsibilities include assessments, personalized treatment plans, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards. Evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LAC or equivalent in Arizona.
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and in good standing.
• Must possess or be eligible for a DPS fingerprint clearance card.
• Safety sensitive position; drug screen and physical required.
• Experience with adult, adolescent, and/or geriatric populations is a plus.
• Willingness to work some evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services including individual and group therapy.
• Maintain progress notes and treatment planning compliant with ethics and licensing.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure confidentiality/compliance.
• Facilitate group therapy, including DBT skills, at PHP/IOP levels; may include telehealth.
