Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services in Shrewsbury, PA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for a part-time role with no weekends or holidays. You will provide individual, family, or group therapy in office-based or telehealth settings, and maintain required documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, can work across the lifespan, and is comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHRs. Three clearances and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Work one evening per week until 8 PM.

Job Duties

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy. Settings include office-based face-to-face or telehealth sessions.
• Complete required documentation related to client care, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Participation in weekly team meetings
• Required to work one evening until 8 PM

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor, Associate Professional Counselor, Social Work, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist is preferred.
• Master's degree in Counseling or related field is required.
• Ability to work with clients across the lifespan and with a variety of presenting concerns.
• Ability to comfortably navigate technology (telehealth platforms, EHRs).

Job Requirements

• The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required. If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions on how to apply for them. Applicant must have reliable transportation to and from work locations.
