Job summary

TrueNorth Wellness Services in Shrewsbury, PA is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for a part-time role offering flexible scheduling and no weekend or holiday shifts.

Pay starts at $19.38 per hour and increases with prior work experience. The position involves individual, family, or group therapy, telehealth options, and required documentation. A master’s degree and licensure are preferred, with supervision towards licensure provided.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Counseling or related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor, Associate Professional Counselor, Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist is preferred.
• Ability to work with clients across the lifespan and with a variety of presenting concerns.
• Ability to comfortably navigate technology (telehealth platforms, EHRs).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy. Settings include office-based face-to-face or telehealth sessions.
• Complete required documentation related to client care, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Participation in weekly team meetings
• Required to work one evening until 8 PM

Job Requirements:

• The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required. If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions on how to apply for them. Applicant must have reliable transportation to and from work locations.
