Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1. Independently licensed with a New Hampshire issued clinical practice license (LICSW, LMFT, or LCMHC)
2. Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
5. The desire to work and collaborate with your team to make our clinic, and each other, the best we can be!

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes accordingly.
2. Provide excellent customer service.
3. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
4. Curate and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
5. Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
6. Pre-Licensed clinicians will be provided full-time supervision and must maintain a caseload minimum of at least 28 visits per week.
7. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
