Reliatus Behavioral Health in Greeley, CO is seeking compassionate, pre-licensed mental health clinicians to join our client’s team under clinical supervision toward full independent licensure. The role focuses on outpatient therapy for clients aged 10–110 and emphasizes authenticity, collaboration, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or related field.
• Active associate or provisional license in Colorado requiring clinical supervision.
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to receive clinical feedback.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, treatment plans, and case notes under supervision.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Utilize creative interventions to support client goals.
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, and medical teams.
• Participate in required clinical supervision sessions.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
