PsychPros, Inc. is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Fayette County, Texas, to recruit a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare services. In this role, you will provide integrated behavioral health services to individuals and families, working alongside experienced psychiatrists,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Active (or license-eligible under supervision) LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
