Established in 1998, Boston Neurobehavioral Associates provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric care to all ages. To best serve the Greater Boston area, we have practices across Massachusetts, Florida, Rhode Island, Illinois, New Jersey, and Maryland.

Led by Mohammad Munir, MD, our team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, therapists, neuropsychologists, and other medical professionals who collaborate to provide individualized, well-rounded care. We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LCP, LSW, Psychologist) for a Hybrid role in Brockton, MA.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be board certified or eligible and licensed in Massachusetts before starting.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licenses such as LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, MSW, or Psychologist (license required).
• Strong case conceptualization skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish effective therapeutic relationships.
• Experience with evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy across diverse clinical presentations.

Job Duties:

• Provide psychotherapy, behavior therapy, or counseling to patients and families.
• Offer education and counseling to individuals and families.
• Conduct intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
• Develop treatment plans in line with regulations and policies.
• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling.
• Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers.
• Complete required documentation.
