Avera St Benedict CRH Clinic Parkston is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to coordinate, plan, implement and facilitate counseling services on an outpatient basis. The role includes individual, group and family therapy, crisis services/evaluation, tele-therapy, and educational programs, with some travel.

Join a multidisciplinary team to provide assessments, crisis intervention, and coordination with referring physicians, while upholding hospital policies and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
• Active LPC-MH license in the practicing state.
• Active CSW-PIP license in the practicing state.
• Active LMFT license in the practicing state.
• Preferred: multiple licenses or certifications in behavioral health.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates a clinical treatment program for diagnosis, treatment or referral for clients with social adjustment needs.
• Provides individual, family, or group therapy sessions per accepted standards.
• Assesses progress and coordinates care with referring physicians.
• Documents therapy according to hospital policies.
• Provides crisis counseling and referrals to outside agencies when needed.
