Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning for children and adults. The position delivers services in accordance with Medicaid guidelines and collaborates with treatment teams.

Requires a Master’s degree in a human services field and licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or equivalent). Full-time, dayshift, Rocky Mount, NC area with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT or equivalent) is required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and provide individual and family therapy.
• Communicate with supervisors and treatment team members.
• Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements.
• Monitor client progress and update crisis plans as needed.
