Candidates should be independently licensed with a clinical practice license in New Hampshire and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Curate and submit individual documentation for each session.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Skills

Independently licensed with a New Hampshire issued clinical practice license (LICSW, LMFT, or LCMHC)

Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Desire to work collaboratively
