Qualifications

• Independently licensed with NH clinical practice license (LICSW, LMFT, or LCMHC).
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Desire to work with a collaborative team to improve clinic and client care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Curate and submit individual documentation for each session.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

• Provide Excellent customer service.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Curate and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
• Pre-Licensed clinicians will be provided full time supervision and must maintain a caseload minimum of at least 28 visits per week.
