Boston Neurobehavioral Associates in Providence, RI is seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, Psychologist) to join our team. You will provide psychotherapy and family counseling, perform intake assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible and licensed in Rhode Island upon starting.
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or closely related field.
• LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist license required.
• Strong case conceptualization skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy, behavior therapy, or other counseling services to patient or families.
• Provide education or counseling to individuals and families.
• Provide intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
• Develop treatment plans in accordance with regulations and agency policy.
• Provide individual, couples and family counseling.
• Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers.
• Complete documentation as required.
