Job summary

CBH Care in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a licensed mental health professional (Per Diem) to perform psycho-social assessments, develop treatment plans, provide intake evaluations and deliver psychotherapy in an outpatient setting. The role requires NJ-licensed credentials and experience with diverse populations, including children and families, with Spanish bilingual ability.

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program and university.
• Valid NJ LCSW or LPC.
• Valid LSW/LAC with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in direct services.
• Previous experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting.
• Must be able to work with a diverse population of children, adults, and families.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provides psycho-social diagnostic assessments and provides the appropriate referrals.
• Develops treatment in collaboration with the consumer.
• Provides assigned clients with an overview of their rights and responsibilities.
• Provides intake evaluations and psychotherapy.
• Collaborates with the prescriber when medications are prescribed.
• Must be able to ensure all clinical and administrative documentation is completed in a timely manner.
