Job summary

Mindoula seeks a licensed clinical social worker to deliver outpatient psychiatric services in the Las Vegas area. You will provide individual and group therapy, participate in care coordination, and maintain timely clinical documentation within the EMR system.

The role requires active Nevada LCSW licensure, a master’s degree or doctorate in related behavioral health fields, and extensive experience in outpatient behavioral health services. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential.

• Case/care management in routine and crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric services at assigned Practice Locations.
• Lead clinical documentation and coordination of care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and treatment teams to coordinate care; participate in call schedules as needed.
• Complete and maintain records and notes in EMR within 24 hours of services.
