What You'll Do

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments

Provide high-quality individual therapy, specializing in children 0-5 but also balanced with other populations as appropriate.

Develop and implement effective treatment plans

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records

What Your Qualifications Should Be

Licensed or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)

Past experience working with children 0-5 years of age either in therapy or in skill development.

Past experience working with caregivers.

Completed or in process of completing DC – 0-5 and/or ESCii

Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field

For unlicensed therapists: meet the requirements for a Clinical Trainee and be actively pursuing licensure in Minnesota

Evidence based practice for early childhood including: Circle of security, ABC, CPP and/or PCIT at all levels are ideal but not required.

Commission Based

Licensed: $ 66,000 – 124,000

Pre-licensed: $ 58,000 – 91,000
