Provide individual, group, and family therapy. Monitor progress toward treatment goals, adjusting as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment. Requirements: Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field. Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota. Experience providing outpatient therapy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Timely, accurate submission of documents as required.
