Jobot is seeking a passionate Permanent Outpatient Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. This full-time position focuses on outpatient therapy for individuals battling addiction, in a supportive professional environment that helps patients reclaim their lives.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy. Strong documentation and current licensure are essential; a Master’s degree is required and post-secondary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline; a Master's degree is required.
• At least two years of experience with addictions; outpatient setting preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating addiction.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.
• Strong documentation skills to record progress and interventions.
• Commitment to helping individuals recover from addiction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Current and valid licensure to practice as a therapist in the state.
• Ability to handle sensitive confidential information with discretion.
• Flexible and adaptable approach for challenging cases.

Responsibilities

1. 1. Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to patients struggling with addiction, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
2. 2. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
3. 3. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing support and guidance to patients throughout their recovery journey.
4. 4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the effective coordination of patient care.
5. 5. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure patients are making progress towards their recovery goals.
6. 6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and any changes in patient status.
7. 7. Provide education and resources to patients and their families about addiction, recovery, and coping strategies.
8. 8. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest practices and developments in the field of addiction therapy.

Qualifications

1. 1. A Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline. A Master's degree is required
