AMHC in Ellsworth is seeking two Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c) to join our team on a full-time basis. The position features a $7,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with a mission to provide compassionate therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active state licensure (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c).

• Passion for helping others and commitment to behavioral health.

• Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments on individuals, couples, or families seeking behavioral health services.

• Maintain confidential client records and documentation per AMHC policies, licensing, and ethics.
• Collaborate with a team of behavioral health professionals to provide holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments on any individual, couple, or family seeking behavioral health services.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges from a generalist, strength-based perspective.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation following AMHC policies and procedures, licensing and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a team of behavioral health professionals to provide holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
