Job summary

The Emily Program in Georgia seeks an Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment to clients and their families.

In-person schedule is Monday–Friday with 11:00 am–7:00 pm or 12:00 pm–8:00 pm evenings. Starting salary range is $70,000–$75,000 with final compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

  • Current independent licensure in the state of employment required.
  • Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field.
  • Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required.
  • DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions with the client and their family/community of support as assigned.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plans.
  • Conducts therapy utilizing evidence-based treatments.
  • Participates in therapeutic supported meals.
  • Participates in treatment team meetings by reporting client and family assessment findings and response to interventions.

Position Overview

The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.

Schedule

  • Monday- Friday
  • 1-2 evenings per week (11:00 am-7:00 pm or 12:00 pm-8:00 pm)

Location

  • In Person
  • Independently Licensed Therapist Starting Salary Range between $70,000-75,000

Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position

How Therapists Empower Recovery

  • Conducts individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions with the client and their family/ community of support as assigned

Therapist II Qualifications
