As a Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions reflecting the needs of our diverse patient population. Responsibilities include providing behavioral and mental health treatments such as individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
• Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment for various mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, etc.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and side effects
• Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Athena) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Valid and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of practice
