Therapy Management, Inc. & EverActive Therapy is seeking a PTA or COTA to step into an Outpatient Team Lead role supporting our outpatient programs in St. Joseph, MI and Niles.

This position combines hands-on outpatient therapy with day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling, team communication, and building strong relationships with patients, staff, and facility partners. A positive, patient-first leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or COTA in Michigan.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Leadership and teamwork mindset.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive energy and patient-first attitude.
