Therapy Management, Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for an awesome COTA to step into an Outpatient Team Lead role supporting our outpatient programs in St. Joes and Niles!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing hands‑on outpatient therapy services
• Helping support and guide day‑to‑day clinic operations
• Assisting with scheduling, coordination, and team communication
• Building strong relationships with patients, staff, and facility partners
• Encouraging a positive, upbeat clinic culture
• Helping grow and strengthen our outpatient therapy presence
