Saint Joseph Mount Sterling is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a 42-bed community hospital. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires AK nursing licensure in Kentucky, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within specified timeframes. You will contribute to patient education and discharge planning in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associates of Science in Nursing required at hire.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Kentucky required at hire.
• BLS CPR required within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• PALS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education.
