Saint Joseph East in Lexington, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across units, including NICU support. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required qualifications include an Associate of Science in Nursing, Kentucky RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days and PALS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• ASN required at hire.
• Licensed RN in Kentucky at hire.
• BLS within 14 days; ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies and treatments per policy and procedure.
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education.
