Job summary

Zepf Center is a long-standing provider of behavioral health and substance use services in Northwest Ohio. We are seeking a Full-Time outpatient Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) to deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care in an outpatient setting, including screenings, counseling, and urine drug testing.

The CDCA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in weekly supervision to ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active CDCA credential required; renewable, with one or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered outpatient counseling to individuals and groups.
• Conduct urine drug screenings and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Lead and co-facilitate therapeutic groups and individual counseling sessions.
• Complete ASAM assessments and ISP development/reviews as required.
