Telos Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) in Altamonte Springs, FL. The SLP will assess and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in a clinical setting, delivering coachful, evidence-based therapy.

Requires Florida licensure and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. CCC-SLP is preferred. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $47–$55 and a $250 monthly travel stipend for part-time and full-time PRN roles, plus

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Florida SLP license (required).
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
• Senior living or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers.
• CPR certification (as required by facility or state).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans.
• Deliver direct treatment in a senior living setting.
• Address speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing needs.
• Educate and train residents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Document resident progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
