Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY).
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland, District of Columbia, and/or Virginia as required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including review of history and assessments with documentation of results.
• Implements treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and patient presentation.
• Completes discharge planning and timely documentation of care activities.
• Manages scheduling and productivity while delivering empathetic patient access to care.
• Directs continuing education and serves as a clinical instructor when needed.
