Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Outpatient team in Hudson, FL. Part-time (24 hours/week) opportunity, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a patient-centered setting.

You will evaluate, treat, and support patients with speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Florida licensure and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license in the state of Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification held.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient evaluations and set up personalized treatment plans.
• Implement varied therapies for speech, language, swallowing and related disorders.
• Deliver high-quality patient care across multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers, documenting progress.
• Promote evidence-based patient care and progress toward goals.
