Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current intern license to practice Speech/Language Pathology in Texas.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and interprets evaluation findings; develops a plan of care and comprehensive program.
• Implements a Speech/Language Pathology treatment program and reassesses patient status.
• Communicates effectively with patient and family.
• Communicates effectively with professional colleagues.
• Presents relevant topics in professional literature at meetings and conferences.
• Ensures safe care to patients within policies and budgetary specifications.
