Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, day shift position in Moore, Oklahoma. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and nursing staff to diagnose and treat patients experiencing communication and cognitive deficits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology.
• Must have SLP or Temporary SLP certification.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patients and initiates new referrals.
• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with communication deficits.
• Documents evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
