Job summary

MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking an Outpatient Clinic RN to join our team in Waterloo. The role supports a busy outpatient setting with day shift hours and a .8 FTE workload, providing comprehensive care across the Cedar Valley’s eight counties through MercyOne Medical Group.

Start times range from 8 am to 10 am with a 6:30 pm department close; call 2 nights per month and every 12th weekend rotation. An associate degree is required, BSN preferred, and no prior experience is necessary.
