Job summary

Indiana University Health is hiring an RN for triage in a Primary Care office in Avon. The role involves nurse visits, triage by phone and in person, and patient education within a collaborative team. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available for part- and full-time roles.

Requirements include an ASN with RN licensure in Indiana or an NLC license; BLS certification; and potential BSN preference. The clinic supports Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Pediatrics and may offer a hybrid schedule

Qualifications

• Requires an ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or active NLC RN license.
• BLS certification required; other advanced life support may be required.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions considered with >2 years of relevant clinical experience subject to CNO review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nurse visits including blood pressure and weight checks.
• Administer medications (including B12 injections) and provide patient education.
• Triage support by phone and in person.
• Collaborate with a team in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Pediatrics to meet care goals.
