Qualifications

• HIPAA compliance and privacy policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provides transformational leadership in a professional practice setting and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team.

• Promotes patient safety initiatives and participates in department quality improvement activities.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a patient care plan.
