Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care in outpatient settings using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, and patient education in collaboration with the health care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate outpatient care.
