Qualifications

• Licenses & Certifications: RN license; CNOR preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years in perioperative or OR settings.
• Supervisor Experience: None required.

Responsibilities

• D delivers intraoperative care as the first assistant to surgeons during procedures.
• Pre-operative nursing assessment focused on planned procedures.
• Collaborates with perioperative team to plan and deliver care.
• Monitors patient safety, effectiveness, and efficiency throughout the perioperative continuum.
• Participates in professional development and adheres to practice standards.
