Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in patient care under supervision and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Measures and records vital signs per policy and patient age.
• Administers prescribed medication and/or vaccines as ordered.
• Prepares patients for examination and procedures.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and accurate charting in EMR.
