Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) invites applications for a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Gravette Clinic. This role focuses on direct patient care in an outpatient setting, coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure for the state of Arkansas.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in the outpatient setting is preferred.
• Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and ensure continuity of care in the clinic.
• Assist in directing nonprofessional staff members and participate in unit standard development and goal achievement.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and hospital departments to coordinate care.
